We think our food tastes very “Austin-y” but we might just be making that up. Perhaps we don’t know what else to call it. At any rate, I had a hankering for something deep-fried, and made beer-battered shrimp tacos the other day.
We love gulf shrimp which are generally cheap, HUGE and yummy. Some quick-pickled radishes made a nice topping along with cheddar cheese and a squeeze of lime. Salad and a little spaghetti squash finished off the plate.
